 As a carrier partner, you can expect a wide variety of loads, including LTL (Less Than Truckload), FTL (Full Truckload), Dry Van, Vented Van, Flatbed, and Expedited Services. We specialize in produce shipping, so many of our loads require attention to temperature control. 

 Becoming a carrier for LOL Logistics is simple. Start by completing our Carrier Application form on the website or contacting our Carrier Relations team. Once your application is reviewed, we will guide you through the onboarding process. 

 To partner with LOL Logistics, carriers must have active operating authority, valid insurance coverage, and a commitment to providing reliable and safe transportation. We also require carriers to meet specific compliance and safety standards, especially for temperature-sensitive freight. 

 Our carriers serve nationwide routes. Popular lanes include shipping from California, Florida, Texas, and the Northeast. We work with carriers across all regions to ensure national coverage. 

 LOL Logistics offers competitive payment terms, with options for quick pay and standard pay. Carriers can choose the payment method that best fits their needs, including ACH transfers. 

 Yes, we offer fuel advances to eligible carriers. Please discuss fuel advance options with your account representative during the onboarding process or when booking loads. 

 Carriers will be required to download a tracking app to provide real-time updates on load status. If the app is not available, carriers must call in with an update by 9 AM each morning and another update by 6 PM daily until the load is delivered. This ensures both our team and the shipper stay informed. For additional support, you can always contact your carrier representative. 

 If any issues arise while in transit, contact your dedicated carrier representative immediately. Our team is ready to assist with any challenges and provide solutions to ensure timely delivery. 

 You can access available loads through our Carrier Portal or by working directly with your dedicated carrier representative. Our system allows you to quickly view, select, and book loads that fit your schedule and capacity. 

 Yes, we welcome owner-operators to join our carrier network. We offer consistent loads and flexible payment options to help owner-operators run a successful and profitable business. 

 We specialize in produce shipping, which often requires temperature-controlled transport, but we also handle a wide range of other freight types, including dry goods, general commodities, and more.
